Ambigram Wordsmith stworzony jako 29 hasło miesięcznego wyzwania „Callinuary”
Podstawą mojej wektorowej pracy był kaligraficzny szkic, dzięki czemu litery zachowują swą naturalność. Tempo pracy było ekspresowe i być może przydałaby się mała chwila refleksji i świeżego spojrzenia aby zmodyfikować niektóre detale ku poprawie czytelności; no ale wtedy na pewno nie zdążył bym z terminową publikacją .
Ambigram Wordsmith created as the 29th prompt of the „Callinuary” challenge.
The basis of my vector work was a calligraphic sketch, thanks to which the letters retain their naturalness. The pace of work was expressive and perhaps a little reflection and a fresh look would be needed to modify some details to improve readability; but then I would not have had time to publish it on time.
The prompt for the fourth day of the #callinuary challenge is the Elements. The association with Angels and Demons was immediate and hence the idea for the ambigram of the word. As usual, I used the Dürer texture and the Gutenberg texture. The former is more elegant, the latter more dark and austere.
Hasło czwartego dnia wyzwania to „the Elements”. Skojarzenie z Aniołami i Demonami było natychmiastowe i stąd pomysł na ambigram tego słowa. Jak zwykle wykorzystałem teksturę Dürera i teksturę Gutenberga. Ten pierwszy jest bardziej elegancki, drugi bardziej mroczny i surowy.
The last calligraphy workshop this year is a great opportunity to prepare a little surprise for my students. The ambigrams of their names with the letters of Albrecht Dürer and Johannes Gutenberg are my little Christmas gift and thanks for their support during the difficult time of the pandemic. Some names may be illegible due to the specific arrangement of letters and sounds in the Polish language. The descriptions on the bottom of each ambigram may help you to read them

Due to the lack of time to create new ambigrams, I catch the crumbs of moments and play with my old projects. The Gathering is one of my earlier ambigrams, created in 2008. Today transformed by me into a Dürer aesthetic.
